WILDLIFE RAJASTHAN AGRA DELHI

DAY 01



Arrive Delhi





On your arrival at New Delhi International airport, our local guide will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel. You will receive a traditional Indian welcome of aarti-tikka and garlands at the hotel lobby.



DAY 02



New Delhi





This morning you are scheduled to have a tour to Old Delhi. There are many ancient monuments, narrow lanes and bazaars. You will see the great Red Fort, Jama Masjid and the Raj Ghat. In the afternoon, we will turn to the New Delhi after passing the India Gate and the Presidential Palace, which were built during British colonial era. After that, visit a UNESCO World heritage, Humayuns Tomb. End your day tour at the high minaret of Qutab Minar.



DAY 03



Delhi - Sariska





Today we will drive to Sariska, 200 kilometers away from Delhi. Sariska Palace was located within the Tiger Reserve. It was used as a royal hunting lodge of Maharaja Jay Singh. Now it is a heritage hotel for travelers having a comfortable holiday. Lunch is arranged at the hotel. After that you will have an exciting jeep drive to the Sariska Tiger Reserve, one of the Indian national parks. The most attractive in the park is definitely the Bengal tigers. These big cats roam freely in the park. Apart from that, you will also see various wild animals, bird species and trees.



DAY 04



Sariska - Ranthambore





After breakfast, drive you to Ranthambore and help you to check into the hotel. Ranthambore was a hunting ground for Maharajahs of Jaipur before Indian independence so that the environment, forest and inhabitants were protected very well. This dry deciduous forest was a perfect natural habitat for tigers. It was declared as a "Project Tiger" reserve in 1973. Ranthambore Wildlife Sanctuary is known for its tiger population. Tigers could be easily spotted during the day time so it is one of the best places to see these jungle kings. The sanctuary is also home to blue bull, black buck, spotted deer, wild boar, leopard and a wide variety of trees and birds. This afternoon you will get a chance to have a game viewing inside the sanctuary by jeeps.



DAY 05



Ranthambore





Today you still have two times on game viewing inside the sanctuary by jeeps. One is in the early morning and the second is in the late afternoon.



DAY 06



Ranthambore - Jaipur





Your memorable tour continues to Jaipur this morning. Once arrive in Jaipur, check into the hotel and have lunch there. Afterwards we will lead you to visit the "Pink City". It is a hill surrounded city with distinctive feature of its avenues painted in pink. First visit the City Palace, part of which is still the home of Maharaja. Some of rooms in the palace are open to public as a museum housing many of antiques, artifacts, and weapons etc. which were used by royal families. Next, turn to the Hawa Mahal, also known as "Palace of the Winds". It was built not for living, but for the royal women observing the daily life in the street below through its many small windows without being seen. Then you will see the open air Jantar Mantar Observatory. Finally take you to see the local bustling bazaar before ending the day trip.



DAY 07



Jaipur - Bharatpur





Situated high on a hill, Amber Fort is well known for its architecture style of Hindu elements. You will have a whole morning visit to this beautiful fort. After that, drive to Bharatpur, where you will visit the famous Keoladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary, also called Keoladeo National Park. It was a man-made wetland for Maharaja and dignitaries of Bharatpur shooting in the late 19th century. Now it gives refuge to over 350 species of birds and many migratory birds spend winter days there. This afternoon you will take a rickshaw riding through paths or trails in the park. The rickshaw driver will offer very detailed information about the species of birds for you.



DAY 08



Bharatpur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra





After having breakfast at the hotel, transfer you to Agra. On the way, we stop at Fatehpur Sikri. This sandstone fortress was built in the 16th century, but abandoned after a few years due to the increasing scarcity of water. We will arrive in Agra at noon and have lunch at the hotel. Your Indian tour can not be completed without seeing the famous Taj Mahal. This afternoon we take you visit this world wonder, which includes a forecourt, a garden with canals, fountains, the tomb proper and a mosque. This remarkable monument was built by Emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife. It is said to have taken at least 22 years to finish the construction.



DAY 09



Agra - Delhi





This morning is scheduled to visit the Red Fort, a typical example of Mughal architecture. It includes the palace complex for royal family and the military quarters. Lunch is arranged at the hotel. In the afternoon, we will drive to Delhi and check into the hotel.



DAY 10



Departure from Delhi





Transfer you to the airport for your onward flight. Hope we can serve you again in the future.
